The Wasatch Front Appraisal Network, Inc. Appraisal Management Company (WFAN - AMC)

• Administers a network of appraisers to perform real estate appraisal activities
• Receives requests for real estate appraisals from our clients, and enters into an agreement with an appraiser to perform the real estate appraisal activity contained in the request.
• Coordinates the timely delivery of the completed real estate appraisal activity
• Performs random quality audits to ensure adherence to USPAP rules
• Collects the payment for the completed activity and provides payment to the appraiser.
• Provides the client an itemized invoice for payment to include the appraiser's name, appraisal activity requested, fee associated with assignment and fee charged for the assignment paid to WFAN-AMC.

We Provide Unbiased Appraisals of the Highest QualityWFAN-AMC, a controlling person, employee or agent of this AMC may not influence or attempt to influence the development, reporting, or review of an appraisal through: Coercion, extortion, collusion, compensation, instruction, inducement, intimidation, bribery or any other manner that would constitute undue influence. No one may withhold or threaten to withhold timely payment, future business, taking adverse action against an appraiser.
